Quiz #3 details for GEO and HIS

The final quiz for Term 1 will be on Wednesday, October 29 for GEO students, and on Thursday, October 30 for HIS students. The GEO quiz will cover pages 10-32 in the Metropolis workbook. The HIS quiz will cover pages 52-69, 78-79, and 86-89 in the blue History of the World workbook. Students will have a few minutes before the quiz to study, but they should spend some time reviewing these pages over the next few days.

Final chance for GEO/HIS Quiz#2

Although there have already been two lunchtime opportunities to make up last week's quizzes, there are still a few students who haven't come to write their quizzes. I'm giving one final chance on Wednesday, October 22 at 1:00 PM in Room 229. There will be no other opportunities after this date.

Make up dates for missed GEO/HIS Quizzes

Students who missed yesterday's GEO quiz or today's HIS quiz must get caught up at the beginning of lunch in Room 229 on one of the following dates: Friday, October 17 or Monday, October 20. Failure to complete a missed test will result in a mark of zero.

HIS 213 Egypt Slideshow Project Due Oct. 23

The Ancient Egypt Slideshow project will be due on Thursday, October 23. It needs to be sent to or shared with me at jfoster@wqsb.qc.ca . We've already spent a class period working on this. This Thursday, we will be using another half-period to finish it up. (Those who are not done on Thursday will need to complete it on their own time.)
