New HIS 213-23 and 25 Greece Test Dates

Due to a recently announced training/planning day with no classes on November 30, the Greece Test days for the 23 and 25 groups have changed. (They stay the same for the 22 and 24 groups.) The 25 group will now have their test on Thursday, December 3 (Day 7) and the 23 group will now have their test on Friday, December 4 (Day 8).
