HIS Ancient Egypt Slideshow Project: Oct. 30

HIS students will soon being work on their second - and, final - assignment for Term 2: Ancient Egypt Slideshow. Students - either working solo or with a partner - will choose a topic of interest related to the Ancient Egyptian/Nile Valley civilization and research and prepare a PowerPoint slideshow. It should be sent to me at jfoster@wqsb.qc.ca. Instructions/details can be found on the assignment sheet. Some time will be provided to students on Tue. Oct. 15 and Fri. Oct. 25 to research and design their slideshows. They must be sent to me by Wednesday, October 30. Any late work will be subject to a mark penalty, and no late work will be accepted after Tuesday, November 5. *Students need to include a list of sources. Also, students must use their own words in their slideshow, so no cutting and pasting or copying directly from the original source. Students are encouraged to check over/edit their work before sending it to me. There should be no excuse for spelling mistakes or missing capital letters where needed.
